Artist Statement

Distinctive and exclusive glass artworks heat fused with 24ct Gold, Platinum and Silver. Each artwork is individually handmade by Joy Greenhalgh at her workshop on a river island surrounded by the Derbyshire hills. The techniques she employs are unique - "trade~secrets" developed by experimentation throughout thirty five years of glass making. The artworks offer an ever changing interplay of light upon rich layers of colour and heat fused precious metals, giving new pleasure, and something to inspire you always. There is also a range of gorgeous glass gifts which are ever popular.
